By purchasing, the buyer certifies that they are a qualified researcher aged 21 or over, that they have the proper equipment, facilities, and trained personnel to manage the risks of handling, using, storing, and disposing of research chemicals, and that they knowingly accept those risks.

These chemicals must not be used in inappropriate applications, including without limitation food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or any application outside in-vitro laboratory research, pre-clinical research, or laboratory chemical synthesis and materials testing.

If the buyer uses, or causes others to use, these products outside of these restrictions, the buyer accepts all resulting risk, absolves the seller of responsibility for those actions, and agrees to indemnify and hold the seller harmless against any third-party claim arising from them.
